Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited within the premises of the college & hostel campus.
- Students are responsible for up keeping of their room.
- Visitors are not allowed in student’s room for any reason.
- Visitors are allowed to meet the students only in the reception area.
- Only the visitors authorized by the parents at the time of admission will be permitted to meet the students on holidays.
- The students are expected to be in the hostel by 7 p.m. & attend the roll call.
- Light should be off at 11 pm. students are expected to retire at this time.
- No student is allowed to stay out of the hostel at night without the prior permission of the warden/Principal.
- Quiets hours of study will be observed every day from 8 to 10 p.m. except on Saturday & Sunday.
- The students should not cause any disturbance to the co occupants.
- The hostel inmates must obtain prior permission from the principal/warden, if they want to go out of hostel for any purpose.
- Fans & Lights should be turned off before leaving the rooms. Particularly care should be taken not to leave the bathroom lights ON when not required.
- Students should give a written information to the warden regarding the date & time of arrival & departure from the hostel.
- Consuming alcohol, taking drugs, smoking, Chewing Gutkhas, spitting on the wall & corridors are strictly prohibited and non compliance will be penalized.
- Students have to maintain high quality social, ethical and moral environment in the hostel premises.
- Private use of servants or tipping of servants is not allowed.
- Keeping private Music system, T.V, Radio, Cooler, AC & pets are not allowed in the hostel room.
- Cooking, making tea & use of heater/stove of any type in the hostel room is strictly prohibited.
- Students are responsible for the safe custody of articles & valuables kept by them in the hostel. Any loss will be borne by them & the Hostel administration will not be held responsible for the loss or safe custody.
- At the time of leaving the hostel, the students will return all the items provided by the Hostel administration in a serviceable condition. If any damage or loss, the item will be replaced by the students.
- All the students must pay their hostel & mess charges on or before 5th of every month.
- It is mandatory for all the students to follow the rules and regulations of the hostel and failure to do so will attractive disciplinary action.
- Any undesirable activity or misconduct or disobedience of hostel rules or act detrimental to the hostel environment of the students will lead to her immediate expulsion from the hostel. Fee paid will not be refunded and the security deposit will be forfeited.
- Complaints regarding the servants or on any matter should be given to the warden/Principal or hostel management.
- Hostel administration got the right to change/modify any rule, regulation & fee structure without prior notice.
- All legal disputes will be settled in Sagar Judicial Court.
